Yes, it’s designed for complete beginners. You don’t need to know anything about Ayurveda or yoga.
Will I get a recording?
Yes, all participants will get 7-day access to the replay.
What if I can’t attend both days?
That’s okay! You can still join live on one day and catch up with the replay later. Though we recommend to attend both the sessions live, so that you can clear your doubts on the spot.
Is this a religious or spiritual event?
No. It’s a science-based, practical workshop rooted in ancient wisdom but suitable for all backgrounds.
